Carolina Salmerón Gómez, known as carø, is a Spanish songwriter, producer, and multi-instrumentalist whose music blends emotional storytelling with modern production and cinematic textures. With a strong sense of melody and atmosphere, her sound moves naturally between indie pop, alternative, and organic electronic landscapes — always led by authenticity and emotion.

A graduate in Music (Songwriting and Performance) from the Liverpool Institute for Performing Arts (LIPA), Caro honed her craft under the mentorship of industry professionals — including feedback on her songs from Paul McCartney himself.

She later worked as a full-time composer and producer for the American company Songfinch, creating hundreds of custom songs across genres, a role that strengthened her adaptability, narrative instinct, and ability to meet creative briefs efficiently.

Now based in Spain, Caro focuses on creating licensable, sync-ready music that connects with visual stories — combining organic instruments with ambient layers, emotional vocals, and detailed sound design. Her experience in Logic Pro X, Pro Tools, and vocal production gives her full control over her sound from writing to final mix.

In 2025, she joined the Warner Music Spain Master in Music Production, further refining her skills in mixing, mastering, and modern production with mentors such as Tato Latorre, Paco Salazar, Ed Is Dead, and Slatin.

Driven by emotion and craft, Caro’s goal is to build a diverse and cinematic catalog that enhances storytelling across film, TV, and advertising.
