Vancouver Drive

Vancouver Drive are a four-piece Alternative/Indie rock group based in Dublin, Ireland. Formed by two brothers – Gavin Coleman (Song-writer and Lead singer/Rhythm guitar) and Alex Coleman (Drummer) along with John Morahan (Lead Guitar) and John Doody (Bassist). Influences include The Black Keys, The White Stripes, AC/DC and Tom Petty. The band has played many gigs around Dublin and also the Knockanstockan festival.

Notable achievements include three of our songs: ‘Troubadour’, ‘Never Felt This Way Before’ and ‘Out of the Blue’ featuring in the ‘Radio Alliance Top 10’ for Sound Street radio and featured on their weekly music review show. Our tracks have also received airplay across numerous other radio stations and platforms as well as being included within multiple Spotify playlists.

Another key highlight includes our song ‘When the Dawn Breaks’ gaining national TV coverage when featuring as a live performance on RTE’s ‘Nationwide’ in Crab Lane studios.

Vancouver Drive have completed a 13-track album called ‘The Fast Road’ recorded in Loop studios (produced by Gareth Desmond).
